The Su-24M is the only bomber in the Ukrainian Air Force and our only aircraft with variable-sweep wings. The primary combat aircraft of the 7th Tactical Aviation Brigade has numerous advantages, including the ability to deploy Western Storm Shadow/SCALP missiles, which have made them the enemy's nightmare for two consecutive years.

The symbol of the 12th Army Aviation Brigade is the dragon, so as soon as the young pilot joined the service in Novyi Kalyniv, the issue of a helmet print was out of the question. And since the pilot, as he claims, does not look his age, he added a small dragon on the side and near the call sign. Next to it, there is the inscription ‘Fidelis et fortis’, which in Latin means ‘Faithful and brave’.

Now these heroes are part of the Offensive Guard as the 13th Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine. They assumed the name Khartiia, which, by the way, was coined by the Kharkiv activist, writer, musician and volunteer Serhiy Zhadan. The symbol and the slogan of the brigade — ‘Сила волі’ (‘Willpower’) — is on the front print of this men’s T-shirt. AH_b6fc04dc-870e-11ef-9bca-00155dcd4802HUNTER says the story behind his helmet began with a simple patch of a Cossack image that happened to catch his eye. He liked the look with the moustache and oseledets so much that the 12th Brigade pilot decided to make his own helmet in a similar style. He decided to paint only on the protective mask, which seems to be designed to look like a Cossack moustache, and picked a few spots on the helmet for the same patch and national symbols. He borrowed the idea of decorating the helmet with themed patches from American pilots, where it has long been one of the established traditions.
