HOW TO RETURN / EXCHANGE THE GOODS OF AVIATSIYA HALYCHYNY

Anything may happen in life, so if there is a need to return the goods purchased on the website or in one of our stores, we are, for sure, ready to help. Just keep in mind few minor details for various cases.

If the size is wrong
  1. The product can be exchanged within 14 days starting from the next day after purchasing. Start marking the days from the date indicated in the receipt from the post office or the store. Keep the receipt for this period;
  2. It is important to keep the garments in marketable condition;
  3. Write an e-mail to [email protected], mentioning what you want to return, the date of purchase, and which size you want instead. After verification, we additionally confirm that we are able to execute your request, and ask to send the wrong size garment via Nova Poshta:
    3 Staroyevreiska Str., receiver – Aviatsiya Halychyny, +38 (067) 440 46 56;
  4. After receiving the parcel from you, we will send a new size back;
  5. Please, take into consideration that you pay for the delivery in both ways.
If you simply need to return the goods

  2. It is also important to keep the product in marketable condition;
  3. Send the info on the person who ordered (Name and Surname), indicate what exactly you want to return (name of the product), number of the order and the way of payment (in cash? online?) to [email protected];
  4. After receiving our confirmation, send the product via Nova Poshta:
    3 Staroyevreiska Str., receiver – Aviatsiya Halychyny, +38 067 440 46 56.
  5. The delivery should be paid at your expense;
  6. We try not to make any delays, but let’s stick to the following agenda:
    • We return the goods within 1 working day;
    • Return of funds: if it was online payment – from 3 to 5 working days; if the order was paid in cash – everything will be fast, just provide us with your card number;
  7. We pay back the money after receiving the goods from you.
If you need to return a defective garment
  1. Send the info on the person who ordered (Name and Surname), indicate what exactly you want to return (name of the product, the defect), number of the order and the way of payment (in cash? online?) to [email protected]. Please, make a photo of the defect and attach it to the e-mail;
  2. The return is at our expense;
  3. Please, send the defective items via Nova Poshta at:
    3 Staroyevreiska Str., receiver – Aviatsiya Halychyny, +38 067 440 46 56.
  4. We try not to make any delays, but let’s stick to the following agenda:
    • We send new products within 1 working day;
    • In case you want a refund: if the order is paid up online, we will manage it within 3 – 5 working days (it doesn’t depend on us). If the order has been paid in cash – everything will be fast, just provide us with your card number;
  5. We’ll return the funds immediately after receiving the goods at Nova Poshta.
Goods that cannot be exchanged or returned

Please, pay attention that socks and masks cannot be returned or exchaned according to Appendix N3 to Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine’s resolution (March 19, 1994 #172 (available here – ukrainian )
