Return/exchange policy

The wrong size

You can request exchange within 14 days after delivery date. It is important to keep the items in marketable condition. Make sure all labels are saved and item is clean (no dust/dirt, animal hair, traces of deodorant or cosmetics). Also, please fill out the exchange/return form in the last section of this page. This form will help us to process your request and reserve items for exchange.

After receiving the parcel, we send the required size back.

Please note that payment for shipping in both ways is at your expense.

Defective item

We’re really sorry if you’ve received a defective item. Please, fill out the exchange/return form in the last section of this page. It will help us to process your request. Please, provide a brief description of the defects that you’ve found. Shipping address: st. Staroznesenska 24-26, 3, Lviv, Ukraine. Recipient – “Aviatsiya Halycyny” +38 067 440 46 56.  Payment for shipping is at our expense.

If you prefer a refund (not exchange) we’ll send the money transfer immediately after receiving the goods. If the payment was made online then you’ll receive the money within 3 to 5 working days (depending on the bank’s processing).

Return

You can initiate return within 14 days after delivery date.

Goods that cannot be exchanged or returned

Please, pay attention that socks and hats cannot be returned or exchanged according to Appendix N3 to Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine’s resolution (March 19, 1994 #172. Click here for more details)
