On the back, the first aircrafts used by the air force as well as the contemporary aviation are depicted. Being surrounded by the ornament of flowers, there is a three-dimensional embroidered number “100”. The collar is made of soft fabric to avoid grazing. The polo is decorated with the inscription “За волю України” (“For the freedom of Ukraine!”) used by UGA on their aircrafts. The coordinates 50 26'34.5"N 30 28'42.2"E indicate the contemporary location of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. The polos have an original cut. The black stripe of the sleeves and back is the sewn-in fabric. On the right sleeve there is the identification patch “UA”.

On the back there is the print “За волю України” (“For the freedom of Ukraine!”) which is probably the most sincere and topical motto for all times.
There is a chevron with the portrait of Petro Franko decorating the right sleeve that is embellished with a lily, i.e. the symbol of “Plast”, as he is a co-founder of this organization.
The left sleeve is decorated with one more chevron that depicts a bird in flight and contains the Brigade’s number.
Petro Franko held the military rank “chetar” (junior officer), which is depicted in his honor on the collar.

If you unfold the collar, you will see an imprinted inscription “Cossack” – this is NATO reporting name. There also coordinates of the “Antonov” plant where the aircraft was manufactured – 50°35′28.1″N. 30°12′25.3″E.
