The polo fastens with 3 buttons; below them there is a special loop for glasses, as in real pilots. Your glasses won’t get lost.
There is an embroidered logo of Aviatsiya Halychyny on the left; below it, there is a phrase “Дух, що тіло рве до бою” (“Deathless spirit of revolt— Rousing man to mighty prowess”) by Ivan Franko.
On the front there is a picture of a golden eagle and a serpent – a symbol of the struggle between good and evil.
On the right sleeve there is a chevron with a picture of Ivan Franko. On the left sleeve there is embroidered “UA” and an inscription “Слова, що надають крила” (“Words that give the freedom to fly”).
If you unfold the collar, you will see the inscription “Kamenjar” – Franko’s pseudo he received after writing the poem “Каменярі” (“Pavers of the Way”).
There are special holes under the sleeves, i.e. ventilators. They are intended for better air circulation.
