Who is Simargl? It’s a mythical fierce winged hound that guards the Tree of Life. That’s what our ancestors used to believe in in the times of Kyivan Rus’. It’s also one of the symbols of Chernihiv. And now when the modern history of Ukraine is being created, Simargl’s image really suits our Armed Forces. Because they are protecting our Tree of Life from the rusnya. And Chornobaivka, the legendary place of negative advances of the russian army, has also become the symbol of our warriors’ efficiency and strength. So we decided to easily combine these two symbols that seem so far apart in time but are a perfect match in the context of our War for Independence. It’s a men’s t-shirt of sand color with a large print on the front. The print shows Simargl tearing apart a moscovian helicopter. Underneath it, there’s an inscription Chornobaivka and a manual or rather guidance for what should be done to the moskovite intruders. There’s a print Independence War on the sleeve, and a red label Proudly made in Ukraine down at the side seam.
